Nikola Pevčević was appointed Director of the Pharm Department at DECO Engineering in 2023. Nikola is an experienced mechanical engineer with over two decades of experience delivering complex engineering solutions across Serbian, European, and Saudi Arabian markets. Specializing in pharmaceutical and biotech facility design and execution, Nikola leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering GMP-compliant, turnkey projects that meet the highest international standards.
His career spans the full lifecycle of engineering projects – from initial concept and design through execution, commissioning, and client handover. With deep expertise in cleanroom design, HVAC systems, utilities, and process layouts, Nikola has consistently delivered innovative and regulatory-compliant solutions for global pharma and biotech clients.
Nikola’s leadership is defined by strategic vision, technical precision, and a commitment to sustainable engineering. His key competencies include EPC/EPCM project execution, cost and risk management, and on-site problem solving in highly regulated environments.
He has successfully managed projects across diverse geographies, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
Nikola holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and possesses full professional accreditation, covering HVAC, process, energy efficiency, and fire protection systems.
Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English, Nikola continues to drive forward-thinking engineering practices that align with global standards and client expectations.
