Predrag Lukić was appointed Deputy Director of the Energy and Construction Department, responsible for Construction Department at DECO Engineering in 2023. With over 15 years of experience in infrastructure and building project management, Lukić brings deep expertise in railway, road, bridge, tunnel, and commercial facility construction across Serbia and the broader region.
Prior to joining DECO, he held senior roles as Project Manager and Chief Engineer for planning and construction technology at several leading Serbian and international firms. Throughout his career, Lukić has led multidisciplinary teams and served as Responsible Contracting Engineer, delivering end-to-end project management solutions, from initial planning and design to execution, cost control, and delivery.
His technical proficiency spans method statement preparation, scheduling in MS Project and Primavera, techno-economic design, subcontractor selection, procurement, and overall construction delivery.
Known for his precision and leadership, Lukić has consistently driven successful outcomes on complex, large-scale projects.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Responsible Contracting Engineer (licenses no: 410 1686 14, 381 1490 15). Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English, Lukić continues to advance DECO’s mission of engineering excellence and sustainable development.
