Tijana Janković was appointed Legal Department Manager at DECO Engineering d.o.o. in November 2024.
She previously served as Legal Advisor at the company from 2020 to 2024, providing comprehensive legal support across DECO’s operations in energy, pharmaceuticals, and specialized construction projects.
Janković brings nearly two decades of legal experience across banking, corporate governance, and international project law. Her expertise spans contract negotiation, labour law, regulatory compliance, and litigation. At DECO, she manages the legal affairs of complex infrastructure projects, including the flue gas desulfurization initiative at TENT B, and oversees international contracting for projects in Saudi Arabia, Greece, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Prior to joining DECO, she held senior legal roles in both the oil industry and the banking sector. Her responsibilities included corporate oversight of subsidiaries, implementation of statutory changes, and comprehensive legal support for large-scale banking operations. She has extensive experience in contract drafting, legal risk management, and ensuring that corporate documentation complies with national legislation and international regulatory standards.
Janković holds a Law degree from the University of Belgrade and is certified in English (Berlitz Level 7), Russian (B2), and Greek (A2, Hellenic Foundation for Culture). She is known for her strategic legal insight, cross-border coordination, and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
