Objective of the project was total Revamp of the existing Oral Solid Dosages Manufacturing (OSDM) and Oral Liquid Packaging (OLDP).

Scope handled

Demolition and dismantling of the existing cleanrooms and installations, with exceptional care of the installation lines transiting the area that had to remain functional during revamp

Furthermore, the project included:

• Cleanroom installation
• Epoxy flooring
• HVAC
• Black media
• Clean media distribution
• Electrical works
• Automation (BMS/EMS)
• Equipment and materials procurement and installation
• Process equipment move-in, positioning and hook-up
• Start-up and commissioning of all the systems and facility validation
