Nenad Miletić is a highly experienced construction professional with over 20 years of hands-on expertise in managing complex industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects across Southeast Europe.
He joined DECO Engineering in 2009 as a Site Manager and, over the past years, has advanced to the position of Project Manager for the Construction Department. In this role, he oversees the full execution cycle of projects, ensuring quality delivery, compliance with technical standards, and effective coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
Throughout his career, Nenad has been entrusted with both construction execution and structural design responsibilities, demonstrating strong technical expertise and practical leadership on site.
As a Responsible Contractor, he successfully led the execution of major projects for NIS a.d. Novi Sad, including SSG Bački Vinogradi 1 (2022) and SSG Sokolići 2 in Preljina–Čačak (2023). His portfolio also includes the delivery of large-scale agricultural infrastructure, such as the Grain Silo Complex (4×1000 t) with dryer in Kovin.
In his capacity as Responsible Structural Designer, he contributed to the design of key industrial facilities, including the Grain Silo Complex (4×1000 t) with dryer, a 25×60 m grain floor storage facility, and a foundry production hall in Vrnjačka Banja.
Nenad Miletić is a Graduate Civil Engineer and a licensed Responsible Contractor (License No. 410 C935 08) and Responsible Designer of Structural Engineering Projects (License No. 310 G609 08). He holds a degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, University of Niš.
