Veljko Vermezović

Veljko Vermezović is a Project Manager in the Pharma Department at DECO Engineering with extensive experience in the design, execution, and management of electrical installations for pharmaceutical and industrial facilities.
Since June 2021, Veljko at DECO Engineering is overseeing the design and execution of low and medium voltage power installations both in Serbia and internationally. His responsibilities include ensuring compliance with technical standards, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality electrical solutions tailored to complex pharmaceutical and industrial projects.
Previously, he served as Lead Engineer in the electrical department, where he was responsible for designing and implementing electrical installations across various projects. Early in his career, he gained hands-on experience as a Site Engineer, working on low-voltage, telecommunication, signal installations, and automation systems for ventilation and air conditioning.
Veljko holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (M.Sc.E.E.) from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. He as well holds Serbian licences issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers No. 450 I00413 19 – Responsible Engineer for the execution of low and medium voltage power installation works and No. 350 I00412 19 – Responsible designer of low and medium voltage power installations. He is fluent in English and has a proven track record of delivering technically robust and compliant electrical solutions for demanding projects.
