New Sterile Manufacturing Facility for Faran SA, modern and constantly growing Greek pharmaceutical company with a history of more than 70 years in pharmaceutical market. Facility being constructed will support highly controlled sterile manufacturing operations and will incorporate complex pharmaceutical infrastructure and critical utility systems aligned with cGMP requirements.

DECO undertook to deliver work packages as listed below:

• Cleanroom systems with associated finishing works for production and laboratory areas
• Specialized pharmaceutical flooring solutions, including Pharmaterrazo and epoxy systems
• HVAC installation for production, packaging, laboratories, warehouse, and administration areas
• Black utilities installation, including steam, chilled water, cooling water, hot water, refrigerant, and fuel systems
• Electrical systems installation, including specialized cleanroom lighting, low-current systems, and fire protection systems
• Building automation systems, including a Building Management System (BMS) and an Environmental Management System (EMS) for monitoring of critical cGMP parameters
• Start-up and commissioning of all the systems and facility qualification
