Engineering Excellence in Greece: High Potent Pharmaceutical Facility Completed

DECO Engineering is proud to have successfully delivered a technically demanding high-potent pharmaceutical facility project, demonstrating the strength of integrated engineering coordination across complex pharmaceutical environments.

Spanning more than 3,800 m² of cleanroom space, the project required seamless integration of multiple critical systems, including HVAC, black utilities, electrical infrastructure, BMS, EMS, and process equipment interfaces – all designed and executed to achieve strict environmental and regulatory requirements.

The cleanroom areas include:

  • production space on the ground floor
  • laboratory facilities on the first floor

Integrated with HVAC systems, utilities and process equipment, these environments ensure reliable and compliant pharmaceutical production.

Particular focus was placed on:

  • cleanroom package
  • black utilities
  • HVAC systems
  • electrical systems (MV, LV and ELV)
  • BMS and EMS
  • process equipment manipulation and hook-up

Delivering controlled environments such as cleanrooms requires close coordination between engineering disciplines and strict adherence to regulatory standards.

The successful execution of this project once again highlights DECO ENGINEERING’s core strength, that is a multidisciplinary approach that combines technical expertise, engineering precision, and deep understanding of regulated pharmaceutical environments.
