Scope handled
- Project Management of all project activities
- Mechanical scope, execution of mechanical works at a large scale industrial project
- Pre bid phase/process: presentation/introducing companies to local market, presentation of expected unit prices etc.
- Bid preparation process: complete support regarding Public Procurement Law.
- Design phase: monitoring complete designing process for PGD/PZI permits all in accordance with applicable Serbian legislation; design of some parts of plant
- Execution phase: monitoring and coordination of complete works; construction of absorbers, tanks, steel structure, flue gas ducts, pipe racks, piping (CS, SS, FRP), material conveyor system, installation of equipment
- QA/QC phase (establishing of procedures for obtaining of usage permit.

- Designed reduction of sulphur dioxide by 97%
- Two limestone slurry spayed absorbers diameter 22m and height 34m

Project Highlights
In cooperation with technology owner (Mitsubishi Power) project successfully delivered through difficult period of corona pandemic, with minimum impact to timeline and cost.
