The facility is designed and executed as a part of the National Pandemic Preparedness Program of Germany. Required pace of the execution and the design stage at beginning of the project implied very complex design/construction interface, that meant for those two disciplines to be developed almost in parallel. As a result, the contracted scope multiplied. In these challenging circumstances, DECO had successfully managed and executed the works with quality that prompted the client to award us with annual quality reward.
