Ana Mitrović was appointed Head of Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse at DECO Engineering in 2017.
Mitrović brings over two decades of experience in industrial engineering, procurement, logistics, and operational management. Her career spans both domestic and international markets, with a strong focus on supply chain coordination, import-export procedures, and strategic sourcing. She has worked extensively with suppliers across Europe and North America, including Italy, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, the USA, Belgium, and Slovenia.
At DECO Engineering, she oversees procurement activities across local and foreign markets, manages import-export operations, and leads warehouse organization and logistics.
Her role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective supply chain performance.
Prior to joining DECO Engineering, Mitrović served as Executive Manager leading sales operations, service coordination, procurement, and quality management under ISO 9001 standards.
Mitrović holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, specializing in Industrial Engineering. She has professional working proficiency in English and is skilled in MS Office and internet-based tools.
