Marko Milisavljević is an experienced Project Manager with more than 15 years of expertise in architectural design, construction management, and the delivery of complex industrial, pharmaceutical, and high-tech facilities across Europe and the Middle East. Since 2018, he has been leading large-scale engineering and construction projects from tendering through execution and handover, ensuring technical excellence, full regulatory compliance, and adherence to cGMP and highest industry standards.
Throughout his career, Marko has managed multidisciplinary teams, coordinated contractors and international vendors, and maintained strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supervisory authorities. His responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, documentation review, procurement leadership, risk management, and approval processes with both clients and regulators. Known for his structured approach and strong technical grounding, he ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required technical specifications.
Prior to assuming project management roles, Marko worked as a Construction Manager, overseeing on-site implementation, supervising works, preparing cost and quantity estimates, developing procurement schedules, and ensuring compliance with design documentation and quality standards.
He began his career as a Construction Engineer, responsible for design development from concept through detailed design, integrating client requirements, preparing reports, coordinating building services, and supporting project changes and verification procedures.
His project portfolio includes high-value international assignments such as mRNA facilities in Europe, the SPIMACO oncology and manufacturing projects in Saudi Arabia, and major industrial works in the Netherlands and Greece.
Marko holds a degree from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade and a diploma from the Architectural Technical School in Belgrade. He is proficient in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, MS Project, CorelDRAW, and the full Microsoft Office suite, and applies his strong technical and organizational skills to ensure the successful realization of demanding engineering and construction projects.
