Miloš Marić is a civil engineer with over a decade of professional experience in project planning, site management, and construction supervision across Russia, Kazakhstan, and Serbia. He currently serves as Project Manager at Deco Engineering DOO, where he oversees the organization and execution of construction activities on complex industrial sites.
Miloš began his career managing complex logistics for large-scale energy developments on Russia’s Yamal Peninsula, where he held key positions including Head of the Planning Department in Sabeta and Deputy Site Manager in Kingisep. From 2019 to 2023, he served as a Senior Project Engineer on a major infrastructure project in Tengiz, Kazakhstan, overseeing project monitoring, analysis, and execution.
His international career has equipped him with strong expertise in project controls, resource coordination, and cross-functional team leadership.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Belgrade and is proficient in MS Office, Primavera Oracle, and AutoCAD. Fluent in both English and Russian (C2), Miloš is recognized for his analytical precision, organizational discipline, and ability to deliver results in demanding environments.
