Nataša Trumić-Kovačević was appointed Technical Preparation Manager for the Energy and Construction Department at DECO d.o.o. in 2023.
She brings over two decades of experience in civil engineering tender management and technical preparation, having worked with leading international and domestic construction firms across Serbia and Central Europe.
Prior to joining DECO, Ms. Trumić-Kovačević worked as Technical Preparation Manager Deputy coordinating tender documentation and bid submissions. Her responsibilities included fulfilling of tender conditions, price analysis, preparing technical proposals and JV agreements with partners and engagement of subcontractors for building construction projects.
Earlier in her career, she held key positions in prominent engineering companies, where she developed strong expertise in estimation engineering, PQ documentation, and project development across civil engineering, building construction, infrastructure, and energy facilities.
Her responsibilities also included preparing tender documentation for projects supported by major international financial institutions such as IPA, the World Bank, EIB, and EBRD.
Nataša is certified in the application and administration of FIDIC contracting conditions and Serbian public procurement law. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the College of Applied Studies of Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Belgrade, along with a second-degree specialist qualification in civil engineering. She is a licensed responsible contractor for civil works in building construction.
She is proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project, and is recognized for her expertise in coordinating complex tender processes and aligning project documentation with international standards.
