Aleksa Dedić is Deputy Director at DECO Engineering, where he leads the design and execution of pharmaceutical and biotech facilities for international clients. Since joining DECO in 2018, he has advanced through roles as Process Engineer, Project Manager, and Deputy Director, gaining extensive expertise in GMP-compliant engineering and turnkey project delivery.
Aleksa brings international experience across Saudi Arabia and Europe, where he has successfully managed complex, high-value projects from tendering through handover. He has led multidisciplinary teams, aligned technical and financial strategies with client expectations, and ensured full compliance with cGMP standards. His responsibilities span strategic planning, project risk mitigation, and client relations, with a focus on delivering efficient, innovative, and regulatory-compliant solutions.
In his role as Deputy Director since 2021, Aleksa has been instrumental in setting DECO Engineering’s business strategy to align with the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical industry, while overseeing project execution at the highest industry standards.
Aleksa holds an M.Sc. in Technology from the University of Belgrade and is fluent in English.
