Ivana Dedić is a results-driven finance leader with a decade of progressive experience within DECO Group, where she has advanced from accounting trainee to Finance Director. With deep expertise in M&A support, due diligence for new markets and investments, and the management of complex financial operations, she plays a key role in strengthening DECO’s financial governance and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Throughout her career, she has led strategic financial planning, international tax and cash-flow optimization, and the development of robust reporting and controlling frameworks. Known for precision, reliability, and effective decision-making in demanding environments, Ivana combines strong analytical capabilities with a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to continuous professional development.
She began her career at DECO in 2014 and progressed through roles including Senior Accountant, Deputy Head of Accounting, Head of Accounting, and, since 2019, Finance Director.
Her responsibilities span project leadership, financial oversight across multiple business units, and supporting corporate strategy with accurate, timely financial insights.
Ivana holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, specializing in Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Finance, and Insurance. She has completed specialized programs in tax consultancy (PKS) and controlling (MCB). Fluent in English, she continues to advance her professional competencies through ongoing education in both technical and leadership skills.
