Luka Dedić, Chief Business Officer, was appointed Director of Business Development and General Manager of DECO Saudi Arabia Ltd in 2019, following two decades of leadership as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner of DECO Engineering. With over 25 years of experience in sustainable processing plants and complex building projects across civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines, he has played a pivotal role in expanding DECO’s footprint from the Balkans into Western Europe and the Middle East.
Throughout his career, Luka has held executive leadership positions in operations, sales, and international project delivery. He has successfully led business development initiatives resulting in multi-million EUR contracts and forged strategic partnerships across Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Netherlands, Germany, Greece, and Saudi Arabia.
His notable achievements include spearheading DECO’s entry into the Saudi Arabian market, establishing long-term client relationships built on sustainable engineering solutions, and driving the company’s transformation from a regional player to an internationally recognized engineering firm.
He combines deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation, having overseen multidisciplinary teams and complex cross-border negotiations.
Luka holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak, University of Kragujevac. He is a member of both the Chamber of Engineers Serbia and the Chamber of Engineers Montenegro. Fluent in English and conversant in German, he continues to champion sustainable growth and engineering excellence across global markets.
