Miloš Perović was appointed Director of the Business Development Department at DECO Engineering in November 2025. Previously, he served as Operational Director and Co-owner of a family-owned company specializing in HVAC and cleanroom technologies. During his tenure, Miloš led a comprehensive modernization of operations, expanded the company’s international footprint, and positioned family business as a regional market leader. His strategic leadership culminated in the successful acquisition of the company by the one of the international behemoths in the sector – a defining milestone in his entrepreneurial journey.
Miloš brings extensive international business experience, having delivered complex engineering and infrastructure projects in over 20 countries. His expertise spans the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and high-tech sectors, with a consistent focus on sustainability, innovation, and long-term value creation. He has held leadership roles in operations, business development, and strategic partnerships, and is known for building high-performing multicultural teams.
In addition to his role at DECO Engineering, Miloš is a founder, partner, and investor in multiple ventures across industries including technology, hospitality, and luxury goods. His entrepreneurial initiatives are driven by a commitment to raising industry standards and fostering resilient, future-ready business ecosystems.
His notable achievements include leading post-acquisition integration efforts, launching ventures that bridge engineering and lifestyle innovation, and championing sustainable growth strategies across diverse markets.
Miloš was named Young Manager of the Year in 2015 by the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), where he currently serves as a Board Member and mentor to emerging leaders. He is also a Board Member of the Judo Club Red Star and the Porsche Club Serbia, reflecting his dedication to community development and lifestyle leadership.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a passionate advocate for ecosystem-driven entrepreneurship – grounded in clarity, courage, and collaboration.
